These are the suggested programs for each grade level, which correspond with common math standards. We recommend starting with the program that corresponds with the student or child’s grade level. Teachers and parents can also use this program for older students in order to keep working on maintenance of their fact fluency or for math intervention in the classroom.

Kindergarten (Ages 5-6)

Beginning Addition

Students will work on addition problems with sums up to ten. Six second fluency threshold.

First Grade (Ages 6-7)

Beginning Addition & Subtraction

Students will work on addition problems with sums up to ten. Once they achieve fluency in these addition facts, they’ll move on to the corresponding subtraction problems. Six second fluency threshold.

Second Grade (Ages 7-8)

Addition & Subtraction

Students will start by working on single-digit addition problems (up to 9+9). Once they achieve fluency in these addition facts, they’ll move on to the corresponding subtraction problems. Six second fluency threshold.

Third Grade (Ages 8-9)

Addition, Subtraction & Multiplication

Students will start by working on single-digit addition problems (up to 9+9). Once they achieve fluency in these addition facts, they’ll move on to the corresponding subtraction problems. After achieving fluency in the subtraction facts, they will move on to multiplication problems (up to 9x9). Six second fluency threshold.
